2-star hotel in Milan that delivers service and cleanliness beyond its rating
Amenities
Hotel Delizia provides bicycle rental for guests who want to explore the city on two wheels. A 24-hour front desk, concierge service, and express check-in/check-out are available around the clock. Free water bottles in the room fridge and a daily newspaper add extra touches that go beyond a typical 2-star stay.
Rooms & Comfort
Double rooms come with a balcony, fridge, and air conditioning that handles Milan's August heat. Soundproof windows and heating keep the space quiet and comfortable year-round. Daily housekeeping provides fresh towels and reliably clean quarters, as noted by multiple guests.
Location & Transport
The hotel sits on Via Archimede in the residential Porta Vittoria district, within a 3-minute walk of the Dateo train station and the M4 metro stop. Linate airport is reachable in four metro stops, while the Duomo is a 20-minute walk or a short metro ride. The neighborhood offers local cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and a Carrefour Express supermarket across the street.
Dining & Breakfast
Breakfast includes a cappuccino made with a proper Italian espresso machine, plus pastries, yogurt, and a different cake daily. Guests can order wine or champagne through room service, or use the snack bar for lighter options. The morning meal is simple but served by staff like Antonio, whom many reviewers call the heart of the hotel.
Guest Services
Staff members Ricky, Andrea, and Cristina are frequently praised for their warmth and attentiveness in guest reviews. The hotel offers laundry, ironing service in a dedicated room, and grocery delivery upon request. A safety deposit box and CCTV coverage provide security without feeling intrusive.
